  • Provisional Allotment Letter
  • Fee Acknowledgement
  • SRMJEEE Rank Card / JEE Mains Rank Card / SAT Score
  • Mark list of qualifying examination (HSC / CBSE / ISE / Intermediate / Other Boards)
  • Transfer and conduct certificate from the Head of the Institution last studied
  • Migration Certificate from the concerned Board / University (if applicable)
  • Community certificate issued by the competent Authority (if applicable)
  • 4 copies of recent Passport size photos & 2 stamp size photos for issue of ID card
  • Aadhaar Card of the candidate
  • Ration Card / Passport/Driving License/PAN Card/Voter ID/Aadhaar card of the parent
  • Joint Declaration duly signed by Parent / Guardian and the Ward (Will be issued during on Campus Enrollment)
  • Fee Receipt of Hostel / Transport Fee
